Yun is the comfortable middle of our range. Harvested from the Longjing 43, Jiukeng and Yinshuang cultivars and shaded for extra sweetness, it whisks easily into a soft, creamy foam.
The cup starts with roasted walnut, moves into toasted cereal, and finishes on a gentle sweet-corn note. Lovely whisked straightand that warm, toasty side really shows in a latte.
Packaging Opening & Storage Guide:Open from the side notch. Pinch the tip and tear in one direction along the perforation. Do not cut the top as it may detach the zip seal. After use, press the zip to reseal and squeeze out excess air. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. For best freshness, reseal tightly or transfer to an airtight container, and follow the Best Before date on pack.
