Use and Care

Do not exceed 450F (230C).USA Panbakeware conducts heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce cooking time or temperature as needed. While dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and ensure long-lasting performance. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed; cooking spray is not recommended. To protect the pans appearance, use a silicone baking mat, or line the pan with foil or parchment paper when roasting vegetables or baking higher-fat foods like french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensilsavoid sharp metal tools.
