This coffee comes from our longest-standing purchasing relationship since our origin. This is now the 5th harvest season in a row that we have purchased Chepsangor Estate’s coffee – what a privilege! This season, we felt compelled to slot this coffee into our Holiday selections, because it’s flavor profile is spot on for it. Zesty tangerine acidity meets a sugary stone fruit candy reminding us of sugarplums. Rounded out by a spicy molasses type of sweetness that makes us think of dates. This coffee was meant for a bit more roast development, and a cozy kickback around a warm fire. We will be enjoying it as such!
