This tool is designed and created at Stefanos Espresso Care shop in Oregon in collaboration with our local machinist. It is used to assist in removing the Saeco mushroom valve holder as well as an E-61 generic style grouphead diffuser.
This tool can also to used to remove and re-install the Pavoni sightglass Upper Nut.
It can be twisted by hand or with an fixed (19mm) or adjustable wrench.
The opposite side holds a standard 1/4 Hex bit which with a Philips tip (not included) and can be used to remove the Saeco Starbucks Barista shower screen screw.
NOTE: The blade is made of hardened steel, however, if your mushroom valve holder (or diffuser) is cemented in place from years of lack of cleaning, then the blade could bend under pressure.
