The smaller 12cm Peugeot Paris Salt Mill is made from natural beechwood and being stainless steel, the mechanisms will never rust, retaining their sharpness through years of service.
It has a base that rotates to offer six pre-set positions, changing the patented U-Select grinding mechanism from coarse to very fine, and you can select intermediate positions for the ultimate in variable grinding, making it easy to select the perfect texture to suit every recipe. Finial embossed with an S. so you always pick up the right mill.
