The Burrs are made of premium steel, built out of Mazzers factory near Venice, Italy.

The grinder integrates a professional grade built-in scale. The load cell can be set to a hundredth of a gram for maximum precision. With the Kony Sg, you can set up to 3 programmable doses by weight, or by time, with an additional manual grinding mode.
