What is black garlic?
Black garlic is in fact white garlic that has been through a long heating process, resulting in a chemical reaction that changes its taste, colour and texture.
Creating taste perfection
The garlic is slow roasted for 40-45 days to extract its full flavour potential, transforming it into ‘black garlic’. The cloves are then crushed and combined with fresh tomatoes, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, spices and Anglesey Sea Salt to create a beautifully rich and sweet sauce for you to enjoy.
