Ikon Cooking ITG-48E 48″ Countertop Electric Griddle w/Thermostatic Controls

The IKON ITG-48E electric griddle is 48 inches in width, offering a cooking surface suitable for multiple food items. Its temperature range of 150-450 degrees Fahrenheit makes it applicable for a variety of uses, including grilling, frying and toasting. Dividing the surface into four 12 inch sections, the griddle comes with four separately-controlled heating elements. Two grease drawers are built-in, and the 4 inch trough on the front enables users to readily access accumulated grease. Thermostatic temperature controls guarantee precise cooking, and 4 inch adjustable legs ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
