Made of food-safe polyethylene, these chocolate sphere molds facilitate the preparation of shells to cover a semifreddo or combine (thanks to the different diameters available) to create elegant and geometric showpieces.
This kit contains four 8.75″ sq. plaques:
The first plaque has six forms; each form is 1.96″ in diameter.
The second plaque has four forms; each form is 2.55″ in diameter.
The third plaque has four forms; each form is 2.95″ in diameter.
The fourth plaque has two forms; each form is 3.54″ in diameter.
These molds are suitable for contact with aqueous, alcoholic, and food containing free fats on the surface in the following conditions: freezing and cooling; 10 days at 40 degrees C; with warm food up to 70 degrees C for 2 hours or up to 100 degrees C for a maximum of 15 minutes not followed by prolonged storage at room or cooling temperature.
